JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad- hoc reports as required.
Ideate and organize events and team- building activities to enhance employee engagement.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Manage and monitor event execution to ensure alignment with plans and goals.
Collaborate with departments to meet deadlines and objectives.
Plan and execute internal communication activities and events, ensuring financial alignment.
Stay updated on communication trends to apply effectively in company activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong event coordination and organizational skills.
English communication skills are an advantage.
Long- term commitment.
5+ years of experience in internal communication, preferably in companies with 500+ employees.
Creative, proactive, and quick to adapt to new trends.
Proficiency in software such as Premiere, AE, AI, PTS, etc.
Professional appearance; MC skills are a plus.
Friendly, open, and strong in teamwork.
