Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and interview candidates for mass to junior- middle positions.
Search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified numbers of CVs for recruitment requirements.
Execution of the recruitment process including job posting, screening application forms from candidates, interviewing, regular communication with candidates and superior/hiring manager for mass to junior- middle positions.
The listing of main responsibilities and main duties are not necessarily exhaustive and may be changed at management discretion to reflect the needs of the corporate.
Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites…
Be in charge of the new- hire process.

Qualifications
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resource Management or related major.
Minimum of 5 years- experienced in Recruitment. Strong experience in market mapping, back Office recruitment, and job analysis to effectively attract the right talent.
