Key Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist in Hà Nội to drive our employer branding and talent acquisition efforts for sales, marketing, and senior- level positions.
We are a leading media company specializing in Out- of- Home (OOH) advertising and digital transformation, with a strong presence nationwide. Our team is passionate about creativity, innovation, and delivering impactful media solutions to top brands across Vietnam.
About the Company
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Lead end- to- end recruitment for positions across Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions in the Hà Nội office.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice in the media industry.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key leadership roles (including Director and above).
• Build and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic hiring advice.
Requirements
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Bachelor&039;s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• A proactive, dedicated, and passionate attitude toward recruitment and employer branding.
• Strong understanding of the media, digital, or e- commerce industries.
• Proven track record in senior- level hiring (e.g., Director, Head of Department).
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specializing in corporate or agency hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
