We are currently recruiting for the position of Senior Talent Acquisition to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Source and build candidate pipelines through various channels (job sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, networking, headhunting, etc.).
• Execute monthly recruitment plans to meet hiring targets and ensure candidate quality.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Track recruitment progress and suggest improvements for hiring efficiency.
• Support employer branding activities on company website and social media.
• Manage job postings and propose suitable recruitment channels for each role.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to clarify job requirements and optimize recruitment strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, strong in Back Office hiring.
• Experience in Employer Branding or L&D is a plus, with strong opportunities to expand responsibilities and grow in these functions.
• Solid understanding of the recruitment process and candidate evaluation.
• Experience in hunting high- level positions or recruiting Sales Engineer, Business Development, Technical and Service roles is a plus.
• Organized, responsible, and proactive; able to work independently.
• Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn (500+ connections), job sites, and other tools.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
