Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng / Recruitment Specialist

HANDONG E&C is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on full- cycle recruitment, with additional responsibilities in supporting employee training and development. You’ll work closely with department managers to meet staffing needs while contributing to the company&039;s talent pipeline and growth.
***Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Manage the recruitment process from posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating to releasing offers.
- Maintain a pool of potential applicants through proactive use of recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
- Network with industry professionals and manage a database of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and conferences to represent HANDONG E&C.

***What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in recruitment for construction industry, preferably in a full life cycle, international environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment systems, Microsoft Office, and social media recruitment tools.
