ABOUT THE JOB:
The roles and responsibilities of the
Client Advisor
Support all group’s initiatives as they relate to product launches, customer experience and selling.
Build and nurture long- term relationships with prospective customers.
Strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPI’s.
Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers by deliver excellence in customer experience.
Store Operations
Ensure the best condition of all fixture and furniture in the boutique.
Participate in regular inventory counts and in necessary supply stocking/restocking.
Perform opening and closing store duties as needed.
Follow all the guidelines from the brand and company to operate the boutique smoothly to meet all criteria of aesthetics and safety.
Visual Merchandising
Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from brands and management.
Personal development:
Develop strong product knowledge, soft skills as well as company history, information and news knowledge by attending training by brands, company & self- learning to generate knowledge about each brand specificities, strengths and weaknesses. Stay certified with all new brand knowledge.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Develop knowledge in current industry trends and other relevant fields – Gastronomy, Art & Music, Giftings and other lifestyle aspects.
Continuously update knowledge about customers profile of each brand to better understand their behavior and habits.
Team- effort duties:
Serve as a positive role model and represent S&S appropriately at all times.
Maintain open, professional and ongoing communications with boutique management and colleagues.
Adhere to and uphold all S&S Group core values, policies and procedures.
Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.
Partner with the team to achieve sales targets.
Participate in the training of new colleagues (product knowledge, boutique procedures, company policies, etc.)
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Education: Minimum college degree in a related field.
Employment/Professional Experience
Experience in sales with prestige or luxury brands is preferable.
Experience in exceeding established sales goals and providing exceptional customer experience.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Young, dynamic, positive mental attitude.
Good- to- excellent self- learning skill is essential.
Able to work retail hours, 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation basis).
Find happiness in supporting others with calming manner
Can- do spirit, Strive for perfection, Realistic, Solution oriented, Self- improvement, Contemporary.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (6.5 IELTS band is a STRONG plus).
Able to work under high pressure and with high demand customers and adapt to changes.
Interest and knowledge in art, fashion, gastronomy, architecture is a plus.
Willingness to follow up, and follow- up again with our guests and clients.
