About the Role
This is a client- facing leadership role that involves coordinating across delivery teams, managing enterprise accounts, and driving commercial success — without requiring hands- on technical implementation.
We are hiring a Client Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple digital transformation projects powered by AWS technologies, including GenAI, cloud migration, and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Leadership
Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients across multiple transformation initiatives
Understand client needs and translate them into high- level solution roadmaps
Lead QBRs and present project value and progress to clients
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and regional cloud partner teams
Program Oversight & Governance
Manage end- to- end delivery for concurrent digital transformation projects
Monitor progress, resolve escalations, and ensure outcomes are aligned with client expectations
Coordinate with internal solution architects, delivery managers, and engineers
Commercial Ownership
Collaborate with pre- sales and finance to support growth of strategic accounts
Lead contract structuring, renewals, and pricing discussions
Take ownership of project P&L, budget planning, and revenue forecasting
Internal Leadership
Guide cross- functional delivery teams across consulting, engineering, and operations
Support onboarding, resource planning, and knowledge sharing across teams
Contribute to internal planning and executive- level reporting
Ideal Background
7–10 years in consulting, account management, or enterprise delivery within tech services
Industry exposure in banking or telecom is a plus
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and client partnership skills
Strong commercial mindset with ability to manage SOWs, proposals, and financials
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Familiarity with GenAI and Data platforms is advantageous
Experience working with cloud- native projects, ideally with AWS
Fluency in English is essential; Vietnamese language skills preferred
