Clinical Representative – MSC

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support post- sale user training, ensuring utilization & maximization of features of equipment;
- Conduct customer satisfaction feedback & survey;
- Proactively organize & provide scheduled customer visit & propose user- training to customers;
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management;

- Assist & strategize with FSS team to close deal;
- Responsible for effective pre- sale demo plan;
- Provide FSS Team with Clinical Information and Research & Evaluation materials;
- Continuous update in product knowledge & skills;
- Build relationship & network with users and key decision- makers;
- Assist in KOL building;
- Weekly planning & reporting of work schedule and activities including CME;
- Obtain user feedback, monitor & follow up on pending opportunities
- Support FSS Team in product demo and training;
- Active participation in trade exhibitions & workshops;

- Able to travel outstation or overseas when required
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook;
- Proactively identify and responds quickly to customer needs, constantly deliver on promises
- Ability to mentor entry level field personnel in product knowledge and basic scanning skills
- Familiar with Users and the flow of product supply in hospital
- Experienced as clinical educator will be an advantage;
- At least high school’s degree or above (in Nursing/ Medical Ultrasonography or equivalent);
- Ability to assess, teach and guide users in training sessions and creative in delivery methodology
- A positive team member, gives support to colleagues and able to establish network and rapport with colleagues to achieve results
- Independent worker & self- starter, positive attitude with strong sense of accountability
- At least 1 years working experience in [Sonography/Ultrasound/ other specific area as appropriate] field or equivalent;
- Have a good understand in human anatomy & physiology
- Good English or other language in both spoken and written;
