Cloud Engineer

Cloud engineer is an IT professional who creates, maintains, and evolves an cloud infrastructure for running applications. These infrastructures include production, test, and development environments. Cloud engineers will participate in infrastructure deployment and App, Data migration projects for Enterprise- size customers with the Enterprise Architect Landing Zone model with DC- DR data centers located in different regions.
• Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to design and implement any scalable software services
• Be responsible for the implementation of the AWS cloud project.
• Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains
• Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines when necessary
• Stay current with new technology options and vendor products, evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the company
• Ensure necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions
• Build, release, and manage the configuration of all cloud production systems

• An understanding of writing Infrastructure- as- Code (IaC), using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform
• 1+ years experience using AWS
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Related Cloud Certifications: Cloud Solution Associate/ DevOps Associate
• Knowledge of one or more DevOps tools in a cloud environment, such as Ansible, Artifactory, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and Sonar Qube
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems
• Experience designing and building cloud- native applications on AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, Route53, Lambda, Cloudwatch,...)
• Proficiency in script development and scripting languages
• A solid background in Linux/Unix and Windows server system administration
• Knowledge of one or more of the most- used programming languages like Python, Bash Shell, Power Shell
• Production experience to build scalable systems (load balancers, memcached, master/slave architectures)
• The ability to be a team player
