Cloud Engineer (AWS) (Middle/Senior)

Job Description:

Lead and execute application and database migration projects to public cloud platforms (with a focus on AWS and Azure), both offline and online, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
Implement monitoring solutions using CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, and other relevant tools to ensure effective performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Architect, design, and implement cloud solutions on AWS platforms, ensuring scalability, availability, security, and performance.
Write Infrastructure- as- Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform to automate and manage cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
Leverage necessary services to design, build scalable web environments on AWS.
Utilize the five pillars of a well- architected framework (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization) to guide solution design and implementation.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in cloud technologies, specifically AWS, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate proficiency in AWS Landing Zone and AWS Organization concepts to design and implement multi- account and multi- tenant architectures.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Job Requirements:

Familiarity with AWS Landing Zone and AWS Organization concepts for implementing multi- account and multi- tenant architectures.
Proven ability to migrate applications and databases to public cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS and Azure.
Excellent problem- solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect- Associate/Professional, are highly desirable.
Extensive experience working with AWS services, including VPC, EC2, ELB, EKS, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, and S3.
3- 5 years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms.
Academic Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical major.
Solid understanding and hands- on experience with Infrastructure- as- Code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
Proficiency in monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, or similar tools.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong understanding of the AWS Well- Architected Framework and its application in designing scalable and resilient cloud solutions.
