Cloud Engineer L2

Collaborate with other technical teams (network, security, dev) to ensure seamless cloud service delivery.
Document standard operating procedures, incident reports, and system architecture.
Design and operate system monitoring and alerting tools to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.
Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and tools (Ansible, Terraform).
Design and integrate new solutions into the cloud ecosystem (monitoring, logging, HA, load balancing, backup, etc.).
Consult and support enterprise customers using FPT Cloud services; analyze and troubleshoot service issues.
Operate and maintain FPT Cloud products and services, including internal cloud systems, virtualization platforms, and physical server infrastructure.
Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines and supporting services across VMware and private cloud environments.

Hands- on experience with system monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
Familiarity with server hardware platforms and enterprise storage technologies (iSCSI, FC, FCoE).
Experience with VMware solutions (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi…).
Experience in automation or scripting for system administration (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.).
3+ years of experience in Cloud, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure roles.
Understanding of core infrastructure services: DNS, DHCP, NTP, Firewall, Load Balancer.
Strong knowledge in deploying and managing Linux & Windows Server environments.
