Collections Product Manager

Collections Product Development

Analyse financial products and identify improvement potential (new features like payment holiday, cool- off period, etc.)
Ensure that all legal and compliance aspects of the Collections proposition are fully compliant with legal requirements
Coordinate fulfillment of product development roadmap. Consolidate and provide product development status, milestones, and success metrics.
Build new products to help customers repay their obligations managing end- to- end product development lifecycle
Monitor and analyze the products performance, metrics, and optimize product offerings
Cooperate and coordinate with other stakeholders to meet product related KPI
Conduct Market research to identify Customer needs and propose competitive Collections products and solutions.

Operating

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of products, ensure their correct functioning

Reporting

Proactively define metrics and follow the effectiveness measurements for the new features, enhancements and products
Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures

Strong Analytical and logical thinking skill
Fluency in Vietnamese & English
University Graduate, major: IT, Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas
At least 03 years’ experience working in Product Development (banking, insurance, investment…) or project coordinator/ participation in project management
Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PL/SQL)
Strong Organizational skill, planning skill
Strong Reporting skill
Strong Problem- solving skills
