Product Manager AI, English

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative
Product Manager
to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. You will work closely with cross- functional teams including project management, software development, and QA to deliver high- quality products that exceed user expectations.

Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user- centric design and ensuring that each product meets or exceeds expectations.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business goals and user feedback.
Gather, analyze, and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Track and report on product performance, using data insights to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand user needs, identify opportunities, and shape product direction.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Software Engineers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or arelated field.
Experience with AI tools and technologies is an asset.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software or technology- driven companies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to launch.
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to turn data insights into actionable product decisions.
A passion for user experience and delivering innovative solutions.
