Color Supervisor (Giám Sát Màu)

Assist Color and Material Manager as contact window for color related issues during development, sampling and mass production.
tracking Incoming pigment/ MB testing from QC, control and follow- up.
Following color re- confirmation and update final formula to SS system ready for mass production.
Ensure the formulas and procedures are followed correctly, guide color team how to adjust color where needed.
Ensure mixed materials are booked correctly via scan & scale in mass production, testing and sample production.
control & plan for LO mix material re- utilization.
Updating, checking and managing color formulation database in SS system.
Follow up color testing planning from PPIC/ Production Project Leader and be a key contact to all related departments.
Support mixing team to solve color issue during mass production according to PDCA principle.
Prepare PDCA file for daily technical meeting that related to color issue.
Follow up MTL order request from Prod on SS system and provide mix material on time (leadtime: 2.5h)
Coordination and follow- up with Development team of framas for all color related topics.
Leading color TNC team, guidance and plan training for new TNC or upgrade skill for current TNC.
Testing new colorant in case of shortage/ change/ no longer to PUR from supplier.
Manage and support the color development and testing team.
Work close with Dev/Lab room to follow testing result during development stages and have a promptly action plan.
Receiving standard samples from sale/ QC/ Development team and hand over to color project leader.
Guide mixing team using high recycle ratio to get good color quality and reduce waste.
Working closely with QC / PPIC to arrange and follow up resigned sample and formula to ready for mass production.

Experience in industry of manufacturing, footwears, plastics, ETC. is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in Color and plastics/ Color matching and mixing
Good interpersonal & communication skills
University graduated in Chemistry or relevant fields.
Communication English
