Run Data Analysis
• Performs customer research (e.g. surveys, interviews) to collect customer data
• Runs platform data analysis (e.g. eB2B financial data, customer profile data & performance data to find opportunities to drive sales growth of eB2B platform users,- AOV/frequency/basked analysis, customer behavior to improve retention rate %, predict churn, purchase behavior,- feedback,- NPS) to inform PoC decisions.
• Data preparations from different business data sources to make data useable for eB2B Area Growth Managers to drive growth across BU&039;s ( business analysis done by eB2B Area Growth Managers)
Drive actions to maximize business opportunity through the conducted data analysis
• Identify issues and new commercial opportunities through deep analysis and innovative research methods
• Support additional projects as requested for the digital sales managers
• Defines, implements & improves available dashboards for key stakeholders
• Translates insights to recommendations (i.e. what changes should be made and/or tested, what this means for scaling etc.)
• Work with datasets to identify issues and drive improvements that have quantifiable impact

• Min 2 years of eCommerce experience is preferable consideration
• Bachelor
• Min 2- 3 years of experience in Data/ Business analysis or Market research or other relevant fields
Language(s): • Vietnamese
• English

• Desk- research skills (e.g. surveys / interviews)
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
• Dashboard development (e.g. Power BI)
• Data analysis & analytics (e.g. advanced excel skills)
