Commercial Controller

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring actual vs. target performance review (daily & month- to- date)
- Setting monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets
- Working with Group Brand Managers/ Team leaders to plan and forecast sales, margins, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assisting the Commercial Director on key business decisions through analyses on an ad- hoc basis
- Driving important processes throughout the Commercial team

Requirements:
Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
Experience/Industry requirements:
- Executive: 1~3y
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly analytical & structured mindset
- Ability to communicate complex problems effectively
- Attention to detail and inquisitiveness a plus
- Good command of English
- Very strong knowledge of Excel
