Commercial Executive Ben Line Agencies (Vietnam)

• Setting periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc) with both local and Group team.
• In tandem with Regional Manager recommend changes to the team if needed.
• Working closely with the Group team and local colleagues to identify potential customers in various sectors in selected business sectors.
• Dredging, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure business in Vietnam. Build and lead a team of people who are responsible to develop a credible sales pipeline and sustainable revenues.
• Preparing & submitting high quality proposals (both commercial and technical) to customers.
• Engage & sign off service orders with vendors and customers in accordance to the local
• Responsible for intelligent and make report market report with the supporting inform from EIC , BCI..
• Responsible for driving sales & business development initiatives that are targeted at the Renewables,
• Implementing the logistics sales & marketing plan in Vietnam.
• Negotiating contractual terms & conditions with customers and resolve payment, claim or any dispute with customers.
• Achieving targets for sales growth, revenue, etc.
• Maintaining & developing relationships with existing customers .
• Preparing reports for the senior management to review if required.

• Good network and have experience working at in project logistics will be added advantage.
• Comprehension of Mandarin speaking skill and able to communicate and write well in English
• Having experience in freight forwarding and various logistics work related to renewable, project cargo and/or oil & gas and Infrastructure projects business
• We welcome smart young graduates
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and presentation skills
