Job Description- Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data- driven strategies for improvement.
- Assist with internal communications initiatives, keeping employees informed and engaged.
- Manage and collaborate with external vendors and agencies
- Craft compelling brand messaging and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels (online, offline, internal, external).
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email marketing, content marketing, public relations, etc.)
- Allocate budget resources across various marketing channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing, public relations, etc.) based on campaign goals and ROI projections.
- Track and monitor budget expenditures throughout the year, making adjustments as needed.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy that aligns with overall business objectives
- Prepare regular budget reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance against budget.
- Stay up- to- date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Location:- Time: Monday- Saturday weekly. From 8:00- 17:00. Lunch break 1 hour: 12:00- 13:00.

Requirements- Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for a variety of audiences.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in a marketing communications role, with experience managing budgets and campaigns preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing communications strategies
