RESSPOSIBILITIES:
Assist the Communications Planning Manager to supervise and lead a team of Communication Planners, providing guidance and mentorship
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges
Conduct influencer selection and propose innovative schemes to manage influencer partnerships
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media
Collaborate with cross- functional teams including Business Development, Account Management, Creative and Content teams to understand client requirements and objectives
Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers across relevant industries
Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies and social media campaign plans that align with client goals and budget constraints
Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and report results to clients and senior management
Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and alignment on influencer marketing initiatives
REQUIRMENTS:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with influencers, clients and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer management tools, and content creation workflows
Strategic thinking with a creative mindset and passion for staying ahead of industry trends
Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media, with a strong track record of successful campaigns
Previous experience in client- facing roles and ability to effectively translate client needs into actionable strategies
