JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a proactive Community & Marketing Executive who can manage social communities, produce engaging content, and drive brand awareness across digital channels. The ideal candidate has hands- on experience with content creation, community engagement, social channel growth, and video production for multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management
Manage and grow online communities across social media channels (preferrable Facebook, X, Telegram etc.)
Monitor conversations, respond to comments/inbox, and maintain active dialogue with users. Build community sentiment, identify advocates, and manage feedback loops to internal teams.
Track and report community insights, trends, and sentiment.
Plan and execute community campaigns, mini- games, seeding, and social engagement activities.
Content Marketing
Manage and grow brand presence across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Monitor community interactions and engage with followers.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Plan, create, and manage content across channels: including social media, email, website, and marketing materials. Develop content calendars and ensure timely execution.
Track performance and adjust content strategy based on insights.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience planning or hosting community online/offline events is a plus.
2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital content.
Experience in Blockchain/ Web3 projects is a plus.
Strong copywriting skills in English and Vietnamese.
Experience working with influencers/KOLs/KOCs is a plus.
Proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Creative, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast- paced environment.
Experience producing or editing different media contents.
Experience with basic design platforms: Canva, Capcut is required. Advanced design platform (Figma, Adobe Suite etc.) is a plus.
