Responsibilities and Duties:
Plan and execute community activities such as appreciation events, themed campaigns, contests and interactive programs targeting specific customer segments;
Coordinate with internal teams to handle communication issues or crises involving current customers, ensuring timely response and consistent brand messaging;
Drive user- generated content (UGC) growth by designing engagement campaigns, optimizing incentive mechanisms, and structuring content themes aligned with desired customer behaviors;
Work cross functionally with all teams to design and operate customer membership programs that strengthen loyalty and retention;
Lead initiatives that contribute to product development by collecting customer feedback, running surveys and relaying insights to enhance customer experience;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Ensure brand love metrics among current customers through consistent engagement and personalized community initiatives;
Manage and monitor content and engagement across all community touchpoints, including both in- app and out- app channels;
Qualifications and Skills:
Enthusiastic and proactive in work;
Strong communication and relationship- building skills;
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administrations or a related field;
Experience in contributing to feature development or product initiatives with the goal of optimizing the experience for existing customers;
Have a personal laptop.
Having at least 2 years of experience in customer engagement or community management;
