Scope of work
Should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
This new community is expected to have many communities and diverse industries.
Tech- savvy professionals have basic knowledge of the sports, finance, games, and entertainment industries.
Has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content.
Responsibilities
Monitor community activity and identify trends or issues that require attention.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain online communities across multiple platforms (ex: Facebook Groups, Telegram groups, Discord, ...)
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in community management.
Engage with community members through active participation and moderation.
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster positive interactions and growth.
Analyze community feedback and provide insights to inform decision- making.
Collaborate with other teams to coordinate community- related initiatives and campaigns.
Requirements
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience in community management or social media management preferred.
Passion for fostering positive online communities and promoting brand advocacy.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
