As a Community Manager at Hub Hoi An, you will play a vital role in shaping the experience of our members, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and engaged in our vibrant coworking and coliving space.
Responsibilities:
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Be the contact person for members, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience
Assist with the day- to- day management of our community and operations of our space, ensuring a positive experience for all members
Proactively notice and address opportunities for improvement in service, space or community (with support)
Continuously work on improving space functionality, maintenance & vibe
Member communication via digital channels, in- person, leading member meetings and signage
Handle administrative tasks related to community management, such as maintaining member records
Facilitate and support member events to help them connect and socialize
Gather and analyze member feedback to continuously improve the community experience
Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Smart, proactive, and eager to learn
Experience in community management, hospitality, sales or a related service field
Excellent communication abilities, above- average listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
