COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

MAIN PURPOSE
Ensure that all processes are audited frequently and improved based on risk assessment and internal audit result
This Executive assists in ensuring the financial institution complies with applicable laws, regulations and rules, as this is essential to preserving the integrity and reputation of the financial institution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collect samples from processes and evaluate it with design.
Keep abreast of internal standards and changes in law affecting the company and its operations/ investments
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders when needed
File and record legal documents and other certificates, licenses of the company
Draft and prepare letters, correspondences, company communications and other legal documents
Draft and/ or assist in writing internal policies
Review processes design with process owners and control to enhance its control
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Research information for court cases and represent the company at the court
Review, prepare and revise contracts and agreements (Sales contract, Supply agreement, non- disclosure agreement, etc..)

Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
Bachelor degree of Law, Business Law or equivalent
Proficient in English
2 years’ experience in Law, Compliance
In- depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
Excellent communication skills
A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality

Working time: 8:00- 17:30, Mon- Fri
Working place: 200C Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City
