Senior Compliance Executive

To directly conduct all day- to- day compliance works to ensure that the company is in compliance with all statutory regulations as well as internal procedures and guidelines. Specific works includes, but not limited to, the followings key tasks:

Supervision of the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations and internal procedures and policies;
Compliance training for management personnel and employee of other departments;
Management and archive of internal documents of the company;
To coordinate and support the operations of internal audit departments the company; and
Preparation and review of internal procedures and policies;
Support the senior compliance staff in preparation of compliance operation agenda;
Compliance risks identification, assessment, communication and mitigation;
Coordination with the State authorities and other departments of the company on all regulatory directives or requirements as well as on the feedbacks or responses of the Company to the State authorities on such directives or requirements; and
Other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Compliance
Provision of compliance advice to other departments of the company;
Support the business decision making from compliance perspective;

A strong knowledge of audit techniques and Vietnam regulations.
Ability to conduct independent research and analysis
3- 5 years relevant experience in compliance/audit work, including at least 2 years of holding the equivalent position. Experience with banks or financial services companies will be a definite advantage.
University degree in law, accounting, finance, business administration;
Knowledge of compliance, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods; and
