Compliance Officer

Monitors the Company&039;s Delegation of Authority Level and ensures that it strictly followed and regularly updated (if need arises)
Ensures that IBK HCM&039;s established policies and procedures are being complied with and that required controls measure are in place
Review and monitor suspicious activities report (SAR) filing
Conducts, oversees, implement, reviews and appraises the regular internal regulation and AML & sanction program of Head Quarter.
Overseas the accuracy and timely submission of all regulatory reporting requirements (reports to the State Bank of Vietnam, other competent authorities and Head Office)
Complies and reports relevant business related issues and provides recommendations for improvements to the Managers, business lines managers for their subsequent evaluation and implementation.
Conduct customers&039; transaction monitoring
Perform other assignments as assigned
Performs internal audits and ongoing reviews of HQ&039;s controls, operating procedures, to ensure compliance with the policies and regulations set forth by the regulators and by the bank.
Ensure the performance of the team is completed timely and in expected quality

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in written and oral Vietnamese and English
Analytical, organizational and planning skills
Team spirit, prudent, accountable, pro- active and able to train other people
Ability to interpret and disseminate complex data and perform analysis as required
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the company
Flexible and ability to work under pressure
Integrity, reliability and independence (Ability to work independently with minimal supervision)
