Coordinate with the team&039;s main Scrum Master in the following activities- Train and coach the development team to implement the working process in accordance with the Agile model- Coordinate all necessary resources to help the development team&039;s working process be most effective and achieve goals- Resolve internal and external issues to avoid disruption to the development team- Early warning of risks and problems that the team is encountering to support coordination and help the team thoroughly handle them- Report Agile implementation issues and status to the board of directors to obtain information and make appropriate suggestions to build a cohesive culture among team members.- Complete all types of reports and coordination tasks with other departments

Have a clear career direction
Final year students/waiting to graduate/new graduates of universities, priority given to having good academic ability and academic achievements
Have effective communication, team management and teamwork skills. Ready to learn new knowledge
