Công ty TNHH Công nghiệp Minda Việt Nam được thành lập theo giấy phép đầu tư lần 1 số 192023000098 ngày 28/5/2008 và giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư số 1042257608 ngày 22 tháng 07 năm 2022 điều chỉnh lần thứ 9 do Sở kế hoạch và đầu tư tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc cấp, chuyên Sản xuất, lắp ráp bộ linh kiện tự động dành cho ô tô và xe gắn máy, với 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Distribution of Monthly Preventive Maintenance Schedule
Improvement of Project Identification & Implementation
Check and fill out Preventive Maintenance schedule after carry out
Spare part checking & monitoring
Controlling of carry out of AMC with vendor
Controlling in the line of implementation of Autonomous Maintenance
“BEST” Activities
To maintain the wastages disposal in the department
5S activity in Maintenance Area
Controlling of MTBF Maintenance
To ensure that OCPs related to Department is followed by related employee
Analysis of breakdown Maintenance
Carry out daily priority of Maintenance Job
To control the Environmental Significant Aspect in the Department
Controlling of History card
Safety initiative
Improvement
Installation of New Machine
Arrange for filling documents
Distribution & controlling of document of Purchase Order
Energy saving initiative
Checking of Preventive Maintenance Monitoring Sheets
Electricity controlling

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION

Skill: Electricity, Pneumatic, Hydraulic
Should have total experience of above 4 years
Training: Management Maintenance, Leadership
Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
Should be able to do the trouble shooting of Molding machine, utility.
Should have good knowledge of electrical & mechanical
Should be able to do the trouble shooting of PLC
Age: 28 – 40 years

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

To make Cost Card Control
Controlling in Export / Import Activity
Checking on PO issued
Monitoring in Import Shipment
To make Monthly Supplier Performance
To follow up new part development
Any others task assignment from time to time
To source new supplier
Monitoring in Daily Urgent Parts
Checking on Supplier Capacity

Timely report of urgent part

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

To ensure that in all future new development, restricted elements are not considered.
Ensure proper control of all document’s released by Design Dept.
Update records, standards and specification.
Do costing of the products and maintain their records.
Prepare development schedule of product and ensure adherence.
Arrange over drawings for various products for approval from customer.
Send samples to customer through QA/Marketing and follow up for approval.
Prepare PDQAS and PDQAR for the related product.
Maintain product files as per system.
Get Samples assembled and get them tested from lab as per specification.
To understand customer environment related issue and implement the same as per schedule.
Update existing product designs, for continues improvement.
Maintain drawings, reference samples of exiting products and ensure proper storage.
Issue product no. for new products as per system and maintain their records.
To discharge above indicated duties and responsibilities as delegated by Dept Head.
Other specific responsibilities and functions as defined in procedure manual.
Provide design of existing modified products and prepare specification, QC standards for the same.
Any other task assigned from time to time.
Implementation of QUALITY System
Co- ordinate Design & Dev. for the product consisting of component drawing, sub Assy drawing, Assy drawing etc.
Arrange test specifications of the product as per customer requirement.
Participate in analysis of warranty rejections and customer complaints and suggest corrective measure.
Maintain imported reference samples and keep record of the same.
Release ECN’s for relevant changes in product design during development.
Get prototypes made from tool room and production engineering.
Maintain library consisting of IS standard, books, specification and other standards and issue them as per System and ensure proper storage.
Release ECN’s related to exiting products against approved ECRN’s.
Co- ordinate and plan meeting of product development and reviewing.

AUTHORITIES :

Send sample and/or picture to Customers for further analysis
Together with customer making Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) if it is not available or need to be review
Give training or educate people for related issues
Adjust CNG for testing or best engine performance
Dismantle CNG kit for analysis
Determine when warranty claim can be given based on condition
Visit customer, dealer or end user regarding to the existing issues
Conduct product testing
Determine of NG or OK condition of products after testing or trial

Update information for any improvement or issue related to CNG product for Company
Co- ordinate with India for product development & other issue.
Reduction in customer complaints
Suggest part or procedure for improvement based on actual conditions

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION

Concept, good communication skill
Preferable CAD conversant in Pro Eng/Auto CAD
Creative mind, Through methodical and eye for detail, ability to grasp new

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Overall responsibility of following section of quality:
Updating of Quality Manual (QMSM) & Procedure Manual (QMSP) as per the requirement.
Finalizing the new QA Lab facilities requirements (I/H as well as outside).
Working as guide, facilitator and coordinator for the quality system by customer / potential customer representative (II party audit).
Conduct regular appraisals of sub- coordinators.
Coordination and handling of special customer requirements and concept clarification, as and when required.
Coordination of IMT’s repair in case of breakdown in SIR.
Ensuring testing of materials and finished goods as per standards.
Follow up of corrective & preventive actions.
Routine supervision and guidance for QA Lab, Quality System, Calibration and PDQA.
Improving QA System of the company
Ensure adherence to all laid down QUALITY SYSTEM, identification of kaizens and their implementation.
Negotiation for price / repair charge for IMT’s.
Guiding member calibration on calibration method and facilities development.
Quality inspection lab (reliability & durability testing)
Improve house- keeping to secure 5S score as per targets.
Weekly review of QA Lab, Calibration, Quality System & PDQA.
Formats verification for change / up gradation and its control.
Coordination for data / presentation for IMT’s before sending it for repair.
Interpretation of quality system company wide, as when required.
Approval for Calibration Work Instruction.
Quality System
Coordination with certification agencies for pre audit, certification and surveillance audit as well as NCR closures, also guiding the external auditors during the audit.
Follow up for Management Reviews and Business Plan Reviews.
Control of approved vendor list on the basis of authorized approvals from the concerned departments.
Coordination with auditors for internal quality audit as per plan (Quality System: ISO/TS 16949:2002).
Calibration activities
Customer PPM reduction coordination
QA Lab Testing frequency finalization on the basis of the past performance on quarterly basis.
Participation in analysis & action for major breakdown in Q.A. Lab Equipment.
Communication to customer regarding certification status of quality system.
Any other task assigned from time to time.
Conducting training on QUALITY SYSTEM awareness.

AUTHORITIES :

Stop the dispatch and / or production if a process or product become non- conforming.
Stop production in case of non- compliance observed in quality system.
Sign PSW as approving authority in case of customer waiver.
Shortlist interviews and recommends the candidate for recruitment of personnel up to group leader level for quality department.
Recommend non- functional deviations on the SIR.
Calibration Work Instruction, Lab Test Report, Change Information Sheet, Approved Vendor List, Format Introduction, etc.

BASIS OF ASSESSING PERORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS / SCORE)

Experience to press machine process, plastic molding injection and or in automotive industry.
Thoroughness of quality system
Experience to QUALITY SYSTEM ISO 9001 : 2000
Customer PPM reduction coordination
Training: ISO/TS 16949:2002, Internal Quality Audit, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
Batting Average in QA Lab
Kaizen Quality and Quantities
Experience in all fact of quality
Age: 32 ~ 37 years
Good communication skills, Proactive and organized personality, Analytical ability.
II & III party audit result (in case of NCRs /score)
Leadership, strong interpersonal skill, an eye for detail, ability involve & develop effective team people.
5S score in quality areas
At least 8 years relevant
Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
