JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities on ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart)
Perform market research to identify opportunities for new market/category and threats affecting the organization.
Consumer Research
Build and develop a consumer panel, conduct surveys with a panel.
Stay informed about consumers trends and get understanding to their online shopping behaviors to drive the new product development direction.
Research Planning and Design
Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives, then formulate questionnaires and contact agencies.
Develop comprehensive research plans, including the design of methodologies tailored to project goals.
Project Management
Follow the project progress to manage the quality and deadlines.
Effectively manage multiple projects at once and anticipate potential problems and how to prevent them.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate research insights into broader organizational strategies.
Moderation & Reporting
Lead and direct debriefing/synthesis of group findings, write fluent and original discussion guides for most projects and effectively use projective techniques.
Summarizes and analyzes data; makes recommendations related to research findings, delivers consumer insights and actionable recommendations in clear and concise research reports
Moderate standard IDI/ extended groups, provide an immediate debrief of findings if required
Communicate complex research results in a manner accessible to diverse audience
Data Analysis
Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and interpret research findings.
Quality Assurance
Identify and address any issues that may impact the integrity of the research.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of research data through stringent quality control measures.
