Content Marketing (Campaign & Partnership)

Content production

Being the copywriter, coordinating with the digital marketing team to testing creative ads to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Write/Produce diversity of the content format, such as social posts, video scripts, articles, newsletters, website post…
Generating new ideas to magnify customer engagement.
Optimizing written content by both Brand and Performance.
Coordinate with the internal team to produce content (for both text and brief visual) following the plan, supporting sharing detailed briefs, and following up to get the content output on time.
Proactively propose improvement plans where needed.

*Analysis & Reporting

Synthesize & report content performance to generate new insight & ideas.
Work with the digital marketing team to track, measure, analyze, and optimize all content materials.
Work with Meta account manager, and Google account manager… to generate insight & optimize marketing campaigns.
We will work with the “Creative for Performance” method, data will tell us how to generate successful creative.

Social Partnership and other support

Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, retail, trade, social, technical team to ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives
Propose media proposal, budget and preferred advertising media to line- manager to maximize performance of partners.
Responsible for communication & information with partners
Implement and manage partnership programs, monitoring performance and adjusting plan as necessary to maximize effectiveness and achieve targets
Other duties assigned.
Support to produce POSM and marketing materials.
Presenting proposals, progress reports, and addressing any concerns to maintain strong and productive relationships with partners.

Having knowledge in retail, beauty, and e- commerce industry
Work independently and under high pressure
Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skill & time management skill
Experience using computer and Microsoft application.
Strong problem solving, coordination, and planning skills
Age: 20- 25
Having 1- 2 years of experience in marketing communication, agency, events, or any related cosmetic, beauty retailer is a plus.
