Sales & Marketing Campaigns Communication
- Oversee coordination with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of multi- channel campaigns (stores, web/app, social, OOH, PR..).
- Lead performance monitoring to optimize campaigns&039; result, ensuring all key metrics and business objectives are met.
- Develop and lead the content for sales campaigns & marketing campaigns that align with business goals, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
Social Media Management
- Manage external suppliers and internal teams to deliver high- quality visuals and content for campaigns.
- Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with the company&039;s brand values and objectives.
- Direct social media strategy across all company channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Branding & Customer Relations
- Lead public relations initiatives to build stronger connections between the brand and customers to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Ensure consistency accross all customer touchpoints to align with the brand’s image and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop branding strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
PR & KOL Coordination
- Identify and manage relationship with KOLs, ensuring alignment with the brand&039;s objectives.
- Lead PR activities to enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation in the market.
- Develop influencer campaigns and monitor performance to maximize brand impact.

- 2- 5 years of experience in content manager
- Excellent writing and research abilities with a knack for quickly grasping new concepts
- Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
- Strong knowledge of various aspects of content marketing for brand building and sales- driven goals
- Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications and relevant fields is preferred.
- Highly flexible/open- minded, resourceful and practical
