The Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, educates consumers, and supports the company&039;s online sales objectives. This role involves creating high- quality and compelling content across various digital platforms, managing content production workflows, and collaborating with cross- functional teams to deliver a cohesive brand message and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Production:
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company&039;s e- commerce goals and brand identity.
Be the project leader for content and creative outsourcing projects.
Ensure content quality: up- to- date, engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO) and all marketing channels.
A key driver of content in all formats and platforms including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.
User Engagement and Community Development
Build, manage and develop a community to boost engagements through content that encourages interaction, discussion, and feedback.
Analyze user engagement and adjust accordingly to enhance customer interaction with proven results.
Transform the community into a passive organic sales channel and improve conversion rate.
PR and Branding:
Be the contact point of the media, raise the brand&039;s awareness & foster personal branding for the CEO.
In charge of PR & branding activities of the company..
Be the leader of the branding/marketing projects assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director.
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the marketing, performance, and design teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce visually appealing content.
Work with product managers and subject matter experts to gather insights and information for accurate content creation.
Content Analytics and Optimization:
Refine content strategies based on data- driven insights to improve reach and engagement and other KPIs in the lower funnel.
Measure and report content performance and further optimize for best results.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure that all content adheres to the company&039;s brand guidelines, voice, and messaging standards.
Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all content pieces and platforms.
