WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product Strategy and Planning
Identify viral product trends on multiple platforms & marketplace, build product portfolio from team members to achieve business goals.
Research and keep track of e- commerce market movement
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure content aligns industry trends and customer needs.
Mastermind a content calendar that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in.
Team Leadership and Management
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
Set clear goals and expectations, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5- 7 content marketing professionals.
Content Creation and Distribution
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creators to make visually arresting content.
Oversee the production of top- tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw- dropping websites.
Keep a keen eye on content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions.
Analytics and Performance Optimization
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results.
Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data- driven decisions to optimize conversion rate.
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to track, analyze, and report on content marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
