As the Content Marketing Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies that engage our target audience, promote our brand, and drive conversions. You will lead a team of talented content marketers, oversee campaign execution, and analyze data to optimize performance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product Strategy and Planning
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure content aligns industry trends and customer needs.
• Research and keep track of e- commerce market movement
• Mastermind a content calendar that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in.
• Identify viral product trends on multiple platforms & marketplace, build product portfolio from team members to achieve business goals.
Team Leadership and Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5- 7 content marketing professionals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
• Set clear goals and expectations, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Content Creation and Distribution
• Keep a keen eye on content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions.
• Oversee the production of top- tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw- dropping websites.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creators to make visually arresting content.
Analytics and Performance Optimization
• Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results.
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to track, analyze, and report on content marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data- driven decisions to optimize conversion rate.
