Content & Media Executive

Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a global leader offering naturally good food & beverage ingredients and solutions. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. Since then, we have established an extensive presence across different parts of Vietnam, including our head office in Ho Chi Minh City and regional offices in Binh Dinh, Long An, Dong Nai, Phu Yen, Lamdong and Gia Lai Provinces.
fi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, investing in the state- of- the- art instant coffee facility and running 7 large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Our operations have an interface with a farmer network of 2 million farmers. We are also amongst the largest exporter of Green Coffee in Vietnam.
Key responsibilities:

Digital Engagement: Manage content for internal platform and support social media initiatives.
Other tasks assigned by Managers
Content Creation: Develop engaging content (articles, infographics, videos, training materials) to promote food safety culture and quality initiatives.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all materials align with corporate branding and quality standards.
Communication Strategy: Collaborate with QFS teams to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages.
Media Production: Design and produce visual assets for training, internal campaigns, and stakeholder communication.

Experience & Qualification:

Passion for food safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
0–2 years of experience in content creation, media production, or corporate communications (internship experience also considered).
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Media, Design, Marketing, or related fields.
Ability to simplify complex information and present it creatively.
A proactive mindset with strong collaboration and project management skills.
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
