Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Chuyên viên Tối ưu Hiệu suất Nội dung (Content Performance Specialist) sáng tạo và năng động để tham gia vào đội ngũ Content Performance Lab. Ở vị trí này, bạn sẽ đóng vai trò chủ chốt trong việc phát triển nội dung chiến lược cho các chiến dịch Affiliate Marketing trên các nền tảng social media của công ty. Bạn sẽ phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Account để đảm bảo nội dung phù hợp với mục tiêu của từng chiến dịch, từ đó tối đa hóa tỷ lệ chuyển đổi và doanh thu.
Trách nhiệm chính:

Luôn cập nhật xu hướng nội dung và marketing để áp dụng vào chiến lược.
Phát triển và tối ưu hóa nội dung trên các nền tảng social media, đáp ứng KPI như tương tác, CTR, và chuyển đổi.
Phối hợp với đội ngũ Account để thực hiện các chiến dịch Affiliate Marketing.
Theo dõi chỉ số hiệu suất và tuân thủ chính sách nền tảng social media.

Yêu cầu:

Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong Content Marketing, đặc biệt là trên social media và Affiliate Marketing.
Kỹ năng sáng tạo nội dung, phân tích dữ liệu, và hiểu biết về chính sách nền tảng social media.
Tinh thần học hỏi, cập nhật xu hướng mới.

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Performance Specialist to join our Content Performance Lab team. In this role, you will be a key player in developing strategic content for Affiliate Marketing campaigns across our company’s social media platforms. You will closely collaborate with the Account team to ensure that the content aligns with campaign objectives, ultimately driving conversions and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Trend Integration: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing and affiliate marketing trends, integrating them into content strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Strategic Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, visuals, and video content that aligns with the overarching marketing strategy for each affiliate campaign, aiming to engage and convert the target audience.
Content and Marketing Trend Awareness: Continuously update knowledge on content and marketing trends, applying this understanding to improve content strategies and campaign performance.
Collaboration with Account Team: Work closely with the Account team to gather campaign insights, set content objectives, and execute content plans that integrate seamlessly into the overall marketing strategy.
Social Media Analytics: Monitor and interpret key performance metrics across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, to refine content strategies and maximize impact.
Content Optimization for KPIs: Ensure that all content is optimized to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement rates, click- through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze post- campaign data to assess content effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future performance.
Platform Policy Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of the user safety policies and guidelines of each social media platform to ensure all content complies with platform regulations.

Data Analysis Proficiency: Ability to leverage analytics tools to evaluate content performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to staying updated on the latest trends in content creation and digital marketing.
Compliance Awareness: Understanding of user safety policies across different social media platforms to ensure all content adheres to platform standards.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation for marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on social media platforms and affiliate marketing.
Creative Content Skills: Exceptional writing and content development skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging that drives action from the target audience.
Social Media Analytics Proficiency: Proficient in reading and analyzing performance metrics on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross- functional teams, especially the Account team.
In- depth Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, particularly in the field of affiliate marketing.

Chế độ lương thưởng cạnh tranh, tương xứng với năng lực
Mức lương: 13- 17M + commission
