Content & SEO Specialist Lead Generation

We are seeking a Content & SEO Specialist with strong experience in driving qualified leads through search- optimized content. This role focuses on planning, creating, and optimizing high- quality content that improves organic visibility, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written English and a proven track record in SEO- led growth.
Key Responsibilities

Optimize on- page SEO elements (headings, meta data, internal linking, content structure).
Track, analyze, and report performance using tools such as GA4, GSC, and SEO platforms.
Develop and execute content strategies focused on lead generation and organic growth.
Ensure content quality, clarity, and consistency in tone and brand voice.
Create and optimize SEO- driven content (blogs, landing pages, website copy, case studies, whitepapers).
Update and improve existing content to increase rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align content with funnel stages.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis.

Detail- oriented, data- driven, and results- focused.
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC) and analytics platforms (GA4).
Proven ability to produce high- quality content in excellent written and verbal English.
Ability to translate business objectives into effective content strategies.
Strong research, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of on- page SEO, content optimization, and search intent.
Prepare performance reports and insights for Line Manager / CEO.
Use AI tools for SEO, content creation, performance analysis, and basic automation.
3–5 years of experience in Content Marketing and SEO, with a focus on lead generation.
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B, SaaS, or tech industries.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and content funnels.
Basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
