Content Writer

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, the Content Writer will be responsible for the development of new livestream concepts and the execution of scripts. The Content Writer will be primarily responsible for incorporating trending as well as potentially new content ideas for commercial livestream scripts. They will also collaborate with Commercial Key Account Managers to ensure that content matches the client requirements. The ideal candidate should be well- organized and adaptable to a rapidly- changing business environment and the needs of the client.
As a part of the Business Analytics and Advisory department, the Innovation Lab is a creative research and development team responsible for new services and media concept development.

In the Content Writer role, the candidate will be responsible for:

Collaborate with Commercial team to understand feedback on existing livestream or short video
Developing monthly reports to Management on existing livestreaming and retail market trends
Collaborating with Studio Management and Performance Analytics teams to ensure content execution
Manage coordination of internal resources cross- functionally and across teams
Development of novel content and scripts for all forms of media, including livestreaming and short video
Work with Talent Supervisor to ensure Livestream Hosts follow script and content direction

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a collaborative attitude
Flexibility and adaptability in mindset and way- of- working
Strong business acumen – able to identify issues and deliver data- based insights and recommendations
Upper Management- focused – ability to encourage, empower, and develop team
Strong communication skills (written and verbal); Fluency in English and Vietnamese
Experience in content development (livestreaming preferred)
Action and goal- oriented – problem identification / analysis, problem- solving, attention to detail
