Content Writer

• Developing monthly reports to Management on existing livestreaming and retail market trends
• Collaborate with Commercial team to understand feedback on existing livestream or short video
• Collaborating with Studio Management and Performance Analytics teams to ensure content execution
• Work with Talent Supervisor to ensure Livestream Hosts follow script and content direction
• Development of novel content and scripts for all forms of media, including livestreaming and short video
• Manage coordination of internal resources cross- functionally and across teams

• Strong business acumen – able to identify issues and deliver data- based insights and recommendations
• Action and goal- oriented – problem identification / analysis, problem- solving, attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability in mindset and way- of- working
• Upper Management- focused – ability to encourage, empower, and develop team
• Experience in content development (livestreaming preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a collaborative attitude
