FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Word Wizard Extraordinaire, with a knack for turning words into gold. You&039;ll be responsible for a team of content & copy writers to craft copy that will make hearts flutter, wallets open, and customers swoon. REPORTS TO: Head of Account Management & Managing Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
30% Content planning & research
- Conceptualize and gather all pre- production elements. Manage and oversee content creation for all client campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, email marketing, and more
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients&039; brand and marketing objectives
- Develop a Unique Value Proposition, creating content that differentiates the company from its competitors. This can include creating taglines, slogans, and other marketing messages that communicate the client&039;s unique selling points.
- Research vendor, competitor and customer information to clearly explain features and benefits.
- Create creative video content strategies based on marketing campaigns, and transform those strategies into copy for videos.
30% Copy, content creation & optimization
- Develop concepts, storyboards, and write script content for various types of videos (explainer, promo, and interview style videos).
- Consistently write and edit clear angle, content, tone and persuasive copy for videos to help guide customers through their buyer’s journey..
- Use data and analytics to track content performance and make recommendations for improvement. Continuously analyze and optimize content for engagement, performance, and lead generation
- Translate technical, industrial terminology into accessible, benefit- oriented information.
40%Manage team & develop creative work culture
- Stay up- to- date on industry trends and best practices, including SEO, social media, and content marketing strategies
- Manage the content team of content and copywriter to ensure production plan. Create and manage content calendars for all clients, ensuring deadlines are met and content is published on schedule
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and account managers, to ensure high- quality content is produced and delivered
- Analyze, report and present the effectiveness of your campaigns to leadership.
- Manage relationships with freelancers, contractors, and other third- party vendors who contribute to content creation
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s):
- Meet 100% deadline on all communication, request, planning & reporting.
- Meet at least 80% targeted content performance on CTR, lead generation, etc. (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly monitoring).
- Meet 100% production target (weekly and monthly monitoring).
Job Requirements
● Ability to work collaboratively with other teams within the agency
● Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for future campaigns is a plus
● Experience working with global clients and understanding of cultural nuances is a plus
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
● Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients
● Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives
● Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, deadline- driven environment
