Control Tower Senior Executive (Customer Service - 4PL)

Specific Accountabilities:

Ensure Customer specific KPI&039;s are compliant
Ensure compliance checks against corporate and legal guidelines are executed
Monitor overall customer credit check compliance
Ensure adequate shipping volume forecast information is captured and is provided to all parties involved
Ensure pre- shipment status is communicated to the destination office in a timely manner
Ensure that the handover process to operations is followed
Ensure valid quotation for Shipper is in place
Ensure Customer operational reporting requirements are fulfilled
Ensure documents are uploaded as per global guidelines
Ensure follow up on- and escalation of the resolution of formal customers claims and informal complaints
Ensure booking request details against customer service agreement and current market conditions are provided
Ensure compliance check against destination country ocean freight SOP is executed

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the industry
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or any related fields such as transport, logistics, supply chain etc.
