Cook - Nhân viên Bếp

Position Summary: The Cook is responsible for preparing light meals, snacks, instant dishes, and canapés, ensuring consistency, quality, and hygiene standards. The role supports the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and requires flexibility to work shifts, including night shifts.

Performing other tasks assigned by Chef de Partie or management.
Supporting the team during peak service hours or special events.
Reporting shortages, damages, or maintenance needs of kitchen equipment.
Preparing ingredients and mise en place for kitchen operations.
Assisting with kitchen organization, storage, and stock rotation.
Cooking instant food, snacks, and canapés for service.

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food hygiene, and safety standards.
Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
