Copywriter

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Savills Place (Marketing Services Department) provides a full range of marketing, branding and placemaking services to all real estate sectors including office and retail, hotel and resort, high- rise apartment, and large townships.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Copywriter is responsible for creating written text in the tone suitable for Savills Place clients’ style and appropriate for many platforms:
- Website, email, social media, blogs
- Videos
- Press releases, PR articles
- Marketing materials
The Copywriter must keep an eye on any changes to the media landscape that will influence concepts and make projects innovative and fresh.
The Copywriter works closely with other team members in order to construct effective creative work that brings client satisfaction, a copywriter needs a creative mind alongside an organized approach and the ability to think laterally and literally.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to junior copywriters.
Work closely with Account Executive and other team members to execute the projects and ensure the quality of the content delivered to clients.
Create original copy, proofread and edit content for a range of mediums including Press Release, Social Media, Email sequences, Web copy, Video storyboard, blogs, Marketing collateral, etc.
Manage content projects to ensure clients’ approval and to meet the project deadlines
Generate creative ideas to support a team to build innovative and effective campaigns
Research market, clients’ background, products, services, and other resources to ensure competency in preparation of materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND:

BSc in Marketing, Communications, Journalism.
2+ years experience as a copy writer
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience working in Marketing Agency
Proficient in English.
The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality
