Job description:
Develop and implement weekly and monthly content plans for the TikTok channel of KOCs. Ensure content strategies align with company goals and objectives.
Work closely with KOCs to produce videos according to company requirements. Provide guidance and feedback to improve content effectiveness.
Collaborate with media teams for video shooting and editing. Supervise and assess the quality of final video outputs.
Write detailed and engaging video scripts for KOCs. Ensure scripts are aligned with the KOCs&039;s branding and messaging.
Research current trends and incorporate them into content creation. Apply trends creatively to enhance video content and maintain relevance.
Evaluate video performance and suggest improvements to optimize content quality and engagement.
Create innovative ideas and concepts for video content that resonate with the target audience.
(*) Proposal Writing and Planning:
Plan and execute proposals to align with broader marketing and PR objectives, ensuring effective implementation and tracking of results.
Receive briefs from internal team and clients to write and develop proposals for marketing and PR campaigns, including content strategies, objectives, and expected outcomes.
Requirements

Up- to- date with current TikTok trends and best practices, with the ability to creatively apply these trends to content creation.
Strong ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
Experience in evaluating video performance metrics and utilizing data to make content improvements.
Excellent scriptwriting skills with a keen eye for detail and adherence to brand messaging and tone.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high- quality standards.
Familiarity with video shooting and editing processes, including basic knowledge of video editing software.
Flexibility to adapt to changing trends, priorities, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance of content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and copywriting, specifically for TikTok or other social media platforms.
Strong skills in writing and developing proposals for marketing and PR campaigns, including the ability to plan and execute proposals that align with broader objectives.
