Corporate Legal Specialist (1-Year Contract)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail- oriented and proactive Corporate Legal Specialist to provide expert legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role will focus on interpreting legal requirements, reviewing contracts, managing regulatory risks, and advising internal teams to maintain the company’s adherence to legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide training and advice to employees on legal and compliance issues.
Prepare reports and documentation for senior management.
Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Conduct legal research and risk assessments to support business decisions.
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and assess impact on company operations.
Support internal investigations related to compliance and legal risks.
Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Minimum 2 years of Legal experience (preferrably in Large- size company)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
High ethical standards and strong attention to detail.
Proficient command of English (both written & verbal)
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); admission to the bar or relevant legal qualification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experienced with Manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
