Corporate Sales Manager

Conduct sales calls to all existing and new corporate clients to increase awareness and establish supportive business relationships.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and sales call reports.
- As directed, participate in sales activities including sales trips, both individually and in conjunction with the sales team.
- Organize and host hotel site inspections for potential clients.
- As directed, participate in sales trade shows conventions and promotional events within the industry.
- Identify and seek out prospective clientele within the sales area, which may have potential usage of the hotel including accommodation and banqueting facilities.
- Liaise closely with other departments to co- ordinate customer requests/ requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Negotiate corporate room rates under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Attend weekly sales meetings to present action plan ahead and follow up on potential bookings or inquiries.
- Enhance awareness by providing product knowledge and promote special offers and information.

- Experience in Internatioanl corporate accounts
- Fluency in English
- Good at handling RFP
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in a Hotel
- Experience in Japanese corporate accounts is a plus
