Position overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Manager to lead our efforts in driving growth in the B2B sector. This role is crucial in establishing and expanding Hire Central market presence, initially in Ho Chi Minh City and across Vietnam, with a future vision for the Southeast Asian market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a passion for innovative technology and a strong drive to advance digital transformation in the HR tech industry. This role will be instrumental in accelerating Hire Central’s growth by strategically targeting market opportunities and building a robust customer success framework. Our primary focus is on clients in textile and garment manufacturing, retail mart chains, convenience stores, and F&B chains within the hospitality industry.
Key responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long- lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Market Expansion: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the HCMC area and expand to other regions across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption of Hire Central among target industries (textile and garment manufacturing, retail mart chains, convenience stores, and F&B chains).
Lead Generation and Management: Identify and qualify potential leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long- term customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure customer success.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the executive team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

Self- Motivated: A driven individual with a passion for sales and a mission- driven approach to work; a self- starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a wide- open market with large growth potential.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast- paced, dynamic startup environment.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Vietnam market and the HR tech landscape and demonstrated history of success with B2B sales approach are the pluses.
Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop relationships with C- level executives.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in HR tech or B2B SaaS sales is preferred.
