Role Description
This is a full- time hybrid role for a Country Sales Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications

Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration or related field
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
