Creative Department Manager

Production Management (Filming & Content Production):
● Evaluate and control the quantity and quality of the final outputs, especially those utilizing Mocap Animation and Unreal Engine technologies.
● Plan, coordinate, and supervise the filming process to ensure products are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
● Participate directly in filming projects, including nature scenes, people (DJs, characters), and any content with potential to create value.

Advising and Quality Control:
● Provide professional feedback and suggest improvements to ensure products meet the company’s requirements and standards.
● Advise the company’s leadership on production technologies suited to business needs; propose creative and unique production ideas.

Team Management:
● Mentor and guide the internal production team, helping to improve skills and work efficiency.
● Develop workflows and quality standards for filming and content production projects.

Managing Collaborative Projects:
● Oversee and monitor the quality of output from outsourced partners/freelancers, ensuring it meets the company’s quality control standards.
● Manage and coordinate outsourced partners/freelancers working on filming and content production projects.

Other Duties:
● Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors to support business needs.

● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, or related fields.
● Possess relevant degrees or certificates in image production using 2D, 3D, and Animation technologies.
● Over 3 years of experience in positions such as Head of Image Production, Image Production Director, Art Director, or equivalent.
● Preference given to candidates with QA- QC experience in video, image production, 3D, mocap animation, and Unreal Engine.
● Preference for candidates experienced in using technologies like
Mocap Animation, Unreal Engine
, or willing to update and adapt to meet job requirements.
Portfolio submission
is required with application, showcasing previous projects and works. Applications without portfolios will not be considered.
● Strong
management, communication, analytical, and evaluation skills
Proficiency in English communication
● Willingness to travel frequently (between the two offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as to filming locations).

● Travel allowance (if the work location requires travel between office and studio).
● Equipment allowance (if specific equipment not provided by the company is required by the employee).

● Lunch allowance: 900,000 VND/month.
