Creative Designer ( Nhân Viên Thiết Kế )

The Creative Designer is responsible for crafting captivating animations, videos, and marketing materials for social media platforms, aligning with the marketing concepts provided by the Marketing Manager/Country Manager. This role involves digital and print design, video editing, animation creation, and collaboration with content specialists and the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY DUTIES

Collaborative Design: Collaborate closely with marketing team to develop and refine design concepts, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. To design posters, standees, banners, YouTube thumbnails, and other digital assets, contributing to a cohesive visual identity
Design Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Camtasia for effective content creation.
Video and Animation: Work closely with the marketing team to execute communication plans and marketing strategies. Tasks include video editing, animation design based on marketing concepts, and montage sequence creation for social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, websites, etc.).
Graphic Design: Create digital and print designs, including social media posts, digital flyers, printed flyers, and banners, maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with the company&039;s brand guidelines.

Creative mindset and a quick learner, able to adapt to evolving design trends.
Bachelor&039;s degree from a College/University.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Previous experience in designing and video montage for social media is a bonus
Strong sense of fashion and design, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in at least one video editing and graphic design software, such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
